The Ideal Pocket Monster Legends: Z-A Super Form According to the Astrological Sign
The comeback of Super Forms in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has sparked widespread excitement across the community. Starting with the gradual reveal of fresh additions before the game's release, to players forming firm opinions on the entire lineup of new Megas, there's a lot for enthusiasts to anticipate.
With many of the Super Forms showcasing distinctive designs that emphasize their personalities, one idea naturally: What's the best way to link this with astrology? This list is inspired by a mix of vibes, sign stereotypes, and personal experience.
The Ram – Mega Camerupt
Honestly, Houndour's evolution was nearly chosen for this fire sign, as they are the Mega Pokémon and astrological sign that evoke the most fear. However, a Super Houndoom appears as constantly furious, which doesn't match the Ram's energy, known for being fun, cheerful, and impulsive. That's why Aries much more similar to Super Camerupt, which solely erupts when angered. Remain on the friendly side of either and enjoy a strong ally; if you cross them, prepare to face the consequences.
Taurus – Mega Heracross
Similar to a devoted Taurus, the steadfast Heracross species, whether in its regular and Super Form, has assisted numerous players in Legends: Z-A. While trustworthy, each the creature and a Taurus are also battle-oriented, and – be it their companion or a strong opinion – will stand up for their position to the end. What about Super Heracross that recalls most of my Taurus friends, however, is its unabashed passion for snacks. Many past Pokédex entries note their fondness for sweet tree sap and how it uses its appendage to hoard it everything, which is pure Taurus energy.
The Twins – Super Medicham
Look at this total royalty. You cannot convince me this creature is not the life of every party, providing an constant stream of chatter to those who wants to listen. Much like an enrapturing, sociable Gemini, it's very simple to imagine Super Medicham captivating an entire open area with their stories. Medicham’s Pokédex entry also states its ability to predict an enemy’s next moves, which sounds very like a people-smart Gemini.
The Crab – Mega Manectric
Cancer is commonly considered as the most emotional sign of the astrological wheel, a passionate symbol known for frequently becoming wrapped up in their emotions. According to the official info, Super Evolution charges the creature with a “huge amount of electricity, but it's too much for this Pokémon to completely manage,” which seems a lot like a typical Crab emotional outburst. This Pokémon is also known for its ability to make a thundercloud over its very head – and if there’s one thing a Crab is likely to do, it’s rain on their good time.
The Lion – Super Starmie
Well, did you assume I was going to select Pyroar for the king of the zodiac? Besides the reality that it would be far too obvious, Leo is clearly Mega Starmie, the diva whose gams just became an internet sensation for being extremely glamorous (or terrifying, based on your taste). Players were captivated from the purple starfish, and that’s exactly the same energy a Leo offers to the table. This Pokémon is also said to be broadcasting signals from its center out into space, and it’s typical of a Lion to be staging a performance, even if for extraterrestrials.
The Maiden – Mega Victreebel
The always-ready and constantly-worried Maiden is ideally encapsulated in Mega Victreebel, the Mega with constant acid reflux. The sign famous for being endearingly critical is clearly reflected throughout this Pokémon’s whole lineage, from a perpetually surprised face like a Maiden when you tell them you lack a retirement plan, to its inverted face that’s similar to the symbol a Maiden sends to the chatroom when all says they want to “be spontaneous” rather than creating a strategy.
The Scales – Super Audino
Look at this sweet, empathetic being, who uses the feelers on its ears to detect how people are emotionally by their heartbeat. Consistently compassionate – occasionally to a detriment – and trying to maintain the harmony, there are many Libras who would likely appreciate Super Audino's skills. However, to be frank, it would probably just make them stress more about others.
The Scorpion – Mega Banette
Banette is a creature with a surprisingly sad backstory: Discarded as a doll, it gained consciousness through pure resentment and vowed revenge on its former owner. Per the official info, Super Evolution, “increases its spitefulness.” That seems exactly like several conversations I’ve had with my intense Scorpion acquaintances. A Scorpio adores karma and retribution, making them the ideal pair with Mega Banette.
The Archer – Mega Hawlucha
Both Super Hawlucha and Archers are always putting on a show. Being a Sagittarius personally, the amount of occasions I’ve called myself some version of a “silly little jester” is innumerable. The showiest and most obnoxious Super Form, its Pokédex entry even notes how it “flexes to display its power.” I would do the exact same thing if I had some kind of Super Form, making Super Hawlucha the most fitting Sagittarius counterpart I can imagine.
The Goat – Mega Absol
Did you know that a Mega Absol has the power to predict disasters ahead of time? That exudes the identical energy as a Capricorn, who often always believe they’re right. The thing is, similar to a visionary Super Absol, they often are. It’s also the very initial Mega Evolution that players encounter in Legends: Z-A – typical of a Capricorn to join the ground floor of the Mega trend.
Aquarius – Super Chandelure
Detached element Water Bearer is arguably the non-flame placement that is closest to a flame symbol – its sister sign is Leo, and there are numerous jokes about Sagittarius and Aquarius being chaotic partners in crime. Super Chandelure's double Ghost/Fire typing fits seamlessly with this, and the Super Form's general intimidating presence is also extremely Water Bearer. If you hadn't yet convinced, the Mega’s Pokédex entry says it “draws in negative energy and converts it into power.” If that doesn’t perfectly {encaps
